BUILT BY PASSION, FOR REAL CRAFTSMEN
We are a small workshop dedicated to handcrafted knives, combining traditional techniques with modern materials. Every blade is made with care, precision and a commitment to quality.
Founded out of a relentless passion for metallurgy and functional art, our forge crafts heirloom-quality blades one hammer strike at a time. Every billet of high-carbon and Damascus steel goes through rigorous thermal cycling, precision heat treatment, and hand-finishing on natural water stones. We never mass-produce—each handle is shaped by hand from sustainably sourced hardwoods so that the balance point sits effortlessly at your pinch grip.
THE FORGING PROCESS
Hand Forging & Billet Welding
High-carbon and Damascus billets are heated to 1,100°C and forged by hammer on the anvil to refine grain structure and distal taper.
Precision Heat Treatment
Each blade undergoes normalizing cycles, controlled oil quenching, and double tempering to achieve 60–63 HRC hardness without brittleness.
Convex & Water-Stone Grinding
Blades are ground thin behind the edge for effortless cutting geometry and hand-polished to reveal crisp Damascus or Kurouchi contrast.
Ergonomic Hardwood Handles
Sustainably sourced rosewood, walnut, and stabilized burls are hand-contoured and pinned with solid brass for lifetime durability.
